About the Role The QMHA Mobile Crisis Worker provides trauma-informed crisis intervention, outreach, stabilization, and support services in homes, schools, hospitals, crisis respite settings, and throughout the community. Key Responsibilities Respond to behavioral health crises in community settings Participate in two-person mobile crisis response teams Assist with crisis screening, safety planning, and stabilization Coordinate referrals, transportation, and community resources Support admissions and discharge planning for higher levels of care Provide support and monitoring within crisis respite settings Complete timely and accurate EHR documentation Participate in trainings, supervision, and rotating on-call coverage Required Qualifications Meets QMHA requirements under Oregon Administrative Rules Bachelor?s degree in behavioral science field OR equivalent experience Experience in behavioral health, outreach, crisis services, or human services preferred Strong communication and de-escalation skills Valid driver?s license and insurable driving record Ability to pass required background checks Work Environment Community-based field work in homes, schools, hospitals, and crisis settings Rotating evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage may be required Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and strong teamwork This Work Matters You won?t just be responding to crises?you?ll help people reconnect to safety, support, and stability when they need it most.
