QRISPERS

is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Production Team Member to support all areas of production operations. This is a hands-on role that includes slicing, seasoning, cooking, packaging, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and organized production environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Responsibilities Assist with daily food production and manufacturing operations Slice and prepare beef chips according to product recipes and standards Support seasoning, cooking, dehydrating, and packaging processes Operate and clean production equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility Follow USDA, HACCP, food safety, and quality control procedures Assist with inventory organization and material handling Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Comfortable working around food production equipment Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow with a startup company What We Offer Opportunity to grow with an emerging food brand Team-focused and supportive work environment Hands-on experience in food manufacturing and operations Competitive hourly pay Employee product discounts Opportunity for advancement as the company grows Join the Crunch Crew At QRISPERS, every team member plays an important role in helping us build something special.
