Job Description

Are you a visionary leader who views Quality not just as a department, but as a competitive advantage? As our Director of Quality Assurance, you will be the chief architect of our quality culture. You will bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and technical reliability engineering, ensuring that every product-from raw materials to market launch-embodies excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will integrate Design for Reliability (DFR) into the very DNA of our product development cycle, driving continuous improvement across a global manufacturing footprint.
salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

BachelorsResponsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the corporate Quality strategy. You will interpret quality philosophy for key stakeholders and mentor a company-wide team to exceed industry standards.

Design for Reliability (DFR): Act as a key member of project teams from concept to launch. You will translate product specs into technical reliability requirements and drive effective FMEAs to mitigate risk early.
Advanced Analytics:
Use predictive statistics (HALT, HASS, SEET) and life data analysis (Weibull, Fault Tree) to identify failure trends and source-poor component performance.
Operational Excellence:
Lead QMS management reviews (ISO 9001/14001) and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes.
Root Cause & Corrective Action:
Oversee complex investigations, manage returns analysis, and implement robust CAPA systems to ensure long-term resolution of quality issues.
