Quality Assurance - Incoming Inspector

This role is responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials, verifying supplier documentation (COAs/COCs), and ensuring compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials Review COAs, COCs, and supplier documentation Perform visual and physical inspections Ensure proper material quarantine, sampling, and release Identify and document nonconforming materials Maintain accurate records in compliance with GDP Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) We are ideally looking for candidates with: 2-5 years of QA inspection experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industries Strong understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Experience with incoming inspection, material release, and supplier quality activities Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to work independently and within a team Must be able to lift 50-70lbs consistently throughout the day #ind1
