We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. Overview The Global Quality Assurance Team will ensure that the products supplied by The Cookware Company comply with the applicable legal, regulatory and customer-specific requirements in the markets in which they are supplied, whilst meeting defined quality standards. The QA Manager - North America is responsible for leading product safety, legal compliance and quality assurance activities for the North America region. The role will partner with Product Development & Management Teams along with both Global and European Sourcing Teams to ensure all products supplied into the North American market are compliant, safe and fit for purpose prior to market entry. They will assist and support as and when needed for the rest of the America's, EMEA and APAC regions. Main Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & Product Safety Ensure all products placed on the North American market comply with applicable legislation, standards and regulatory requirements. Provide product compliance risk assessments and guidance during product development and sourcing decisions. Act as a key contact for North American customers and requests for safety and compliance documentation. Monitor regulatory developments and work with the Global Quality Director to update colleagues and suppliers. North America Partner Management Manage the performance and cost effectiveness of external service providers including test houses and expert opinion providers. New Product Development Work closely with European Sourcing Team and Global Sourcing Teams to embed compliance and quality requirements into new product designs and specifications. Provide technical guidance and support to Product and Sourcing Teams during the development of products Documentation and Compliance Ensure all products are supported by appropriate and valid test reports that demonstrate compliance with the applicable regulations and standards. Work with QA colleagues based in Cookware Company Regional Offices along with Cookware Company owned and partnership factories to ensure all testing and associated documentation showing products are safe and compliant is collated. Oversee the creation, review and maintenance of and technical documentation where required such as General Certificates of Conformity. Management Support Assist and support the Global Quality Director and Legal Department when compliance matters arise with the Authorities and/or other interested parties. Assist the Global Quality Director to ensure the company is aware of changes in legislation/customer requirements and these are notified to suppliers and Product and Sourcing teams in a timely manner and Quality Assurance processes are updated accordingly. Work with QA colleagues in Hong Kong and Europe to produce supplier performance figures on a quarterly basis to be shared with QA Management, Product and Sourcing Teams. Incident Management & Continuous Development Support investigations of product related incidents, non-compliance, and customer complaints. Conduct root analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) Contribute to product recall or withdrawal process where required. Leadership and Team Development Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of quality and compliance. Act as a key cross-functional partner to Product, Sourcing, and Legal teams.

Suppliers North American Customers Test Houses Competencies and Skills Qualifications/Experience Minimum of 5 years proven experience in product safety, regulatory compliance or quality assurance within consumer goods, hardgoods, SDA, test laboratory or regulatory/legal consultancy. Strong working knowledge of North America product law/standards and good manufacturing practices. Bachelor's degree in law, chemistry or engineering. Experience of dealing with enforcement/legal matters that are product related. Excellent communication skills to enable effective working with internal and external stakeholders. Skills Strong understanding of product risk assessment and compliance processes Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements in a commercial environment. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.

Office environment Hybrid position - combination of Tarrytown, NY and remote
