Quality Assurance Operators 1st/2nd Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Assurance Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing end-of-line quality inspection and ensuring products meet company and customer standards before being placed into stock. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining quality and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Functions Review all products for nonconforming parts. Maintain proper counts and complete work sheets correctly. Report all scrap or rejected material. Assist the Team Lead in achieving schedule requirements. Use and read measuring equipment as required, includes gauges, rulers, calipers, strip gauges, and visual aids. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities All the above functions require varying degrees of independence, judgement, and discretion and the ability to be mobile within the work area.
