$75K - $80K (exempt) Direct Hire | Hybrid Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor compliance with licensing, accreditation, and payer requirements. Oversee incident reporting, audits, and performance tracking. Support documentation accuracy, billing, and data integrity across teams. Provide training and guidance on compliance, documentation, and reporting standards. Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and respond to regulatory requests. Qualifications Prior experience in behavioral health quality management, regulatory compliance, or utilization review Strong understanding of Medi?
