Duties Help This position is loced in the Quality Assurance function in an Army Nional Guard (ARNG) Army Aviion Support Facility (AASF). The AASF provides flight, and flight training operions, Aviion Unit Maintenance (AVUM), Aviion Intermedie Maintenance (AVIM), and aviion maintenance training for supported Units. The purpose of this position is to establish, develop, and implement the AASF quality assurance and reliability programs. Serves as the Quality Assurance Representive for the AASF. Work involving supervising, planning, developing, or administering quality assurance programs supporting the development, acquisition, production, use, maintenance, storage, and supply of products required by the Nional Guard. Such positions are primarily concerned with the systemic prevention of defects and non-conformances, the identificion of unsisfactory trends and conditions, and the correction of factors which may contribute to defective items. This is a Title 32 Technician Vacancy th requires membership in a compible military assignment in the employing ste's Nional Guard. Selectee required to wear the military uniform. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

: Experience, educion, or training involving planning, developing, or administering quality assurance programs (i.e., supporting the development, acquisition, production, use, maintenance, storage, and supply of products concerned with the systemic prevention of defects and non-conformances, the identificion of unsisfactory trends and conditions, and the correction of factors which may contribute to defective items). Experience using computer and automion systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

: 1-year specialized experience equivalent to least the next lower grade. In addition to the OPM IORs, specialized experience includes experience, educion, or training, involving principles, techniques, and accepted practices of quality assurance work (i.e., the applicion of stistical sampling techniques sufficient to perform assignments or preparion of technical reports on quality levels to identify specific problems). Experience in the applicion and theory of specializion using applicable publicions. Experience in the preparion of technical reports on quality levels to identify specific problem areas and to recommend corrective action.
