Quality Assurance Supervisor

Description:

While all location employees have seed quality and a major component of their jobs, the QA Supervisor is the common link that helps to ensure that our customers are pleased with the quality of the seed we produce. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processes bulk seed samples to determine predicted seed sizing and conversion Visually inspect all finished seed lots to ensure acceptable seed appearance Processes and submits samples for quality lab analysis Works with warehouse employees to probe carryover seed according to customer requests Monitors finished crop quality results and initiates actions with location managers when problems are noted. Requirements:
