Position Overview:

Join a high-volume beverage manufacturing operation as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, where you will lead food safety and quality initiatives while supporting production teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining product integrity, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards Conduct audits, inspections, and product testing to maintain quality standards Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints Manage hold and rework processes, including proper documentation and disposition Train and mentor staff on QA standards, food safety practices, and compliance requirements Partner closely with production teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
