Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of exterior remodeling installations; ensure compliance with industry standards, company guidelines, along with client specifications.
• Perform quality control checks at various stages of the remodeling process; including material verification, installation, and completion of all inspections.
• Identify and document any defects, deficiencies, or deviations from quality standards, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and installation teams to address quality-related issues and implement necessary improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Quality Control Member in the exterior remodeling industry.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, installation techniques, and quality control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various people associated within the project.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer software and documentation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control or exterior remodeling are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and good driving history

The regular working hours are typically aligned with the crew's active operations. In the peak season, the crews usually commence their work on-site at 7 am and remain committed for 8-10 hours each day. The normal working hours follow a 40-hour work week, but during the peak season, there is flexibility to work additional hours when required.
