ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
The Job duties include but are not limited to: Conducting regular process, product, and procedural based audits as assigned. Keeping organized records of activities and reporting findings in a timely manner. Assisting in training and coaching activities. Assisting in investigations of quality concerns relative to materials, products, and processes. Performing material and product containment and/or rework activities. Dispositioning of nonconforming materials. Other tasks as required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated record of learning new tasks quickly then applying the knowledge on a daily basis. The ability to solve problems and good attention to detail is critical. Qualified candidates must also have a good attendance record, high level of communication skills, positive outlook, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet all requirements within the job description. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Should also possess the following competencies: Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Develop alternative solutions; Keep emotions under control while under stressful situations; Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Present numerical data effectively and accurately; Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; Promote a harassment-free environment; Work with integrity and ethically; Follow the Company's policies and procedures; Prioritize and plan work activities; Use time efficiently; Approach others in a tactful manner; Accept responsibility for own actions; Deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; Be consistently at work and on time; Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrive at meetings and appointments on time; and Ask for and offer help when needed.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
