Quality Cert Repair:

Trains associates on quality alerts and training on gauges. Review quality documentation on jobs running to assure conformance. Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Assists shipping audits and receiving inspection when required. Must be able to operate and drive a forklift Evaluates production set-ups to ensure quality requirements are met. Inspects customer samples and prototypes. Conducts gauge and fixture studies as required. Assists production floor personnel in the use of statistical techniques and in the use of gauges and fixtures. Provides support in solving production floor issues. Perform all duties and operate equipment according to TOSHA standards and company standards using required safety equipment. Helps in departmental operation whenever necessary. Performs destructive testing per inspection standard and reports non-conformances to Assembly Coordinators. Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
