Quality Control Associate is responsible for supporting the development and training of team members, trouble shoot, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

Ensures all quality documents are audited quarterly Provides focus on performance improvements that yield zero accidents, defect free products, and on time delivery Reports quality deviations to appropriate leadership as identified Participates in yearly evaluations of IATF inspections and process reviews Conducts quality and standard of work training

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have High School Diploma or GED Must have one year of related experience or training statistical control process Previous experience conducting quality audits in a manufacturing settings Capability to utilize problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
