Quality Control - Auto Body

Team C&L Auto Body is a family owned MSO (multiple shop organization) located with 11 locations in NJ (East Hanover, East Orange, Kenvil, Washington, Woodbridge, Plainfield, Scotch Plains, Hackettstown, Morristown, Berkeley Heights and Wantage). Right now, we're looking for a highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused teammate to help continue to grow our business and limit the disruption our customers experience after they are involved in an accident. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Assure that C&L QA procedures are being followed by all departments Solely responsible for final quality inspections of repairs Assure that all repairs to vehicle match the final invoice Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair The ideal candidate should have the following experience: Experience working in a Team Environment Prior working knowledge of body repairs and parts Prior experience multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizing Ability to effectively communicate
