Quality Control / Flex Position

Position Overview A growing company based in Siren, WI is looking for reliable candidates for Quality Control / Flex role. This is a vital position that ensures products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. As a Flex employee, you will primarily focus on Quality Control but must be willing to run machines and assist in production as needed . We are looking for a team player who is comfortable jumping in wherever the floor needs support to keep operations running smoothly. Shift Availability 1st

Shift:

Monday•Friday | 7:00 AM•3:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday•Friday | 3:00 PM•11:00

PM Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$17.00 per hour (Pay may increase based on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities Quality Inspection:

Perform visual and manual inspections of parts and finished goods to ensure they meet strict safety standards.

Reworking Parts:

Correct or repair non-conforming parts to meet quality specifications (e.g., trimming, deburring, or re-sorting)

Machine Operation:

Must be willing and able to operate injection molding machines and production equipment as required by daily volume.

Production Support:

Assist in assembly, packaging, and sorting to ensure production goals are met.

Documentation:

Accurately record inspection results and report defects to the supervisor.

Workplace Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications Versatility:

A proactive attitude and willingness to switch between inspection and machine operation. Attention to

Reliability:

Consistent attendance is essential for the success of our production team.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Experience:
