Come join our TEAM! The Quality Control Technician ensures that products meet company and industry standards before they leave our facility. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting production efficiency. This is a second shift position starting at 3:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality compliance Perform routine testing and record results accurately Monitor production processes and identify deviations from quality standards Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate findings to production teams Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in quality control, food production, or manufacturing Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work the 2nd shift

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
