Under the guidance of the Head of Quality, they will examine materials, equipment, and processes to make sure they meet quality standards. Inspecting output samples using industry appropriate methods. Checking that production lines adhere to standards and procedures. Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works, and wastes by inputting data into a quality database. Training the Production Team on quality control measures. Proposing improvements to the quality control process. Monitor use of equipment to ensure it is safe. Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience in a quality. Ideal candidate will have a 2-year associates degree and at least one semester of Chemistry at the college level. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Physical demands of this position require frequent employee to stand; walk; and sit for extended periods of time.
