Quality Control Inspector I Location:
7280 Union Centre Blvd, West Chester, OH 45014
Work Hours:

What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough inspections of components and materials to ensure they meet quality specifications Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to production staff Maintain accurate records of inspection findings and communicate results to management Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures Verify that production processes comply with internal and external quality standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product reliability and quality Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality best practices
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in quality control preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Good shop math skills Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies Problem solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers Excellent attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally
