Quality Control Inspector

North American Processor Inspection (NAPI) is hiring a quality control inspector for our Spiritwood office. Our inspection office is on the 2nd floor of our small building, looking down on the trucks as they arrive. This indoor job includes collecting a small sample of soybeans from each incoming truck via a mechanical probe, operated by remote joystick, and then inspecting the grain for quality. It's that simple. Office hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 M-F. Occasional weekend hours, primarily during harvest. Our 5 employees work four, 10-hour days, with each employee receiving one day off per week. We typically rotate those days. First week, an employee gets Monday off, then the next week, Tuesday, etc. That means every 5th week you will receive a 4 day weekend. (Friday off and the following Monday) This job is 100% completely trainable with no experience necessary. Applicants that do have experience inspecting will receive additional notice. Job seekers need to be very reliable and have a willingness to learn the applicable duties. Must work well and get along with others. Work in a blue jeans and tennis shoes, informal environment. Performance/wage review after 90 days.
