Job Description
Job Summary :
Quality control technicians are responsible for ensuring products meet the required quality standards before they get to the customer.Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and audits across all stages of production. Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications. Develop and maintain inspection and audit reports. Collect and record quality data. Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement processes accordingly. Develop and document quality standards. Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects Communicate quality and compliance concerns with urgency. Serve as a subject matter expert. Answer employee questions and provide education as needed. Adhere to established safety protocols. Other jobs as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks. General computer skillsEducation and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years related experience required.Licensure/Certifications:
Forklift Operator Physical Requirements:
Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, carry, and manipulate various items. Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally required to sit.Schedule:
1st shift 6am-6pm 2nd Shift 6pm-6amPay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:
