job summary: Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing is looking for a quality document specialist in their Bedford, MA location. Key qualifications include, 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Technical Writing or equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering.
location:
Bedford, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $48 - 50 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Produce high-caliber quality documentation by ensuring accuracy, coherence, and strict adherence to organizational standards.

Collaborate with subject matter specialists to author project deliverables utilizing Good Documentation Practice (GDP) principles.

Manage the Change Control process by creating and submitting Change Requests to release or revise critical documentation.

Direct document migration projects, including identifying scope, managing data input spreadsheets, and conducting validation testing.

Lead quality reviews and process improvements, scrutinizing documents for consistency while introducing initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
