Current student enrolled in a quality related program (business or engineering)

EXPERIENCE

Proficient in Microsoft Office; AS400 preferred - EEO/AA M/F/V/D - NCRC preferred

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position requires the individual to be able to multi task with jobs that are ongoing and constantly changing. Clerical duties and data entry is only part of the job. The individual in this job must be a self-starter whom is able to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision. This person must be very detail oriented. This individual must be able to work with and communicate with all levels of personnel within the company.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Work with Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint on occasion. Provide general office support. Filing, scanning documents. Special projects as defined by NDT Management. Special projects as defined by Quality Management, designed to provide exposure to quality functions in Aerospace. Report-out to management on project activities and results at the end of the internship. These job duties are not all inclusive.
