Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role involves performing inspections, utilizing precision measuring instruments, and adhering to industry regulations. The Quality Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our quality systems and ensuring compliance with
ISO 9001.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to assess product quality. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality systems. Mentor production operators in print reading, critical dimensions and use of measuring devices. Monitor and weigh production scrap. Collaborate with production to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining
ISO 9001
certification requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in quality role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Experience with reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) is required. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are required. Familiarity with
