Schedule:

1st and 2nd shift Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support a growing electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong inspection experience who are comfortable working with blueprints, precision measuring tools, and quality standards in a fast-paced production setting. What You'll Do Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on electro-mechanical assemblies Inspect parts and assemblies using visual and mechanical inspection methods Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and engineering documentation Complete inspection reports and document non-conforming materials Use precision inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, scales, feeler gauges, pin gauges, and multi-meters Ensure products meet customer and engineering specifications Support quality and production goals while maintaining attention to detail Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of quality inspection experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing Experience performing First Article Inspection (FAI) Strong blueprint and BOM reading skills Knowledge of

workmanship standards Experience with inspection documentation and reporting Ability to identify and properly handle non-conforming materials Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency without sacrificing quality Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a light industrial manufacturing environment Why Join?
