1st & 2nd Overtime offered along with a great monthly/annual Bonus Program $20-25/hr (DOE) Job Description The Quality Inspector will establish quality standards for various products, read blueprints and specifications to ensure operations meet production standards, recommend necessary adjustments, inspect and test materials using gadgets such as micrometers and calipers, and remove products not meeting standards while recommending strategies for improvement. Responsibilities Establish quality standards for manufactured products. Read blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with production standards. Recommend adjustments to production processes. Inspect and test materials and equipment using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Remove non-compliant products and suggest strategies to improve quality. Accept or reject finished products based on inspection results. Discuss inspection outcomes with the production team. Perform random inspections to assess product quality. Essential Skills Experience in inspection and quality control. Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections. Understanding of blueprints and specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and technical proficiency. Basic math and computer skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Why Work Here?
