Quality Inspector:

Perform first article and setup inspections in a machining environment, ensuring parts meet precise specifications. Draw and clean inspection samples from CNC machines in an oily production setting, maintaining rigorous cleanliness and accuracy standards. Utilize mechanical gauging tools, comparators, and optical equipment (CMM and PC-DMIS experience is a plus) to verify part quality. Interpret mechanical drawings and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to inspection tasks. Track calibration of tools and equipment using GageTrak software and document inspection data with a high level of attention to detail. Requirements of the

Quality Inspector:

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving machining or screw machine operations. Strong understanding of mechanical inspection tools and processes; GD&T experience is essential. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment. Familiarity with Excel and basic data entry; experience with CMM or optical inspection tools is a plus.
