Job Summary Shambaugh & Son is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector for the Fire Fabrication Shop. In this position you will be responsible for inspecting all areas of the shop while ensuring safety is always at the forefront and quality requirements are met while maintaining acceptable productivity levels. #shambaugh #ppf #LI-TS #LI-onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for inspecting products and making sure employees are following SOPs. Answer to the Supervisors. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Production or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong verbal communication skills required. Ability to motivate various individuals to complete the required tasks. Experience training employees who have different learning methods.
