In this role, you will perform in process, final, and receiving inspections to verifypliance with engineering requirements, customer specifications, and

standards. If you have a strong eye for detail, hands-on inspection experience, and a passion for maintaining product excellence in a high reliability environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Inspection & Validation Perform in-process and final inspections on wire and cable assemblies, harnesses, and subassemblies. Evaluate workmanship, continuity, labeling, configuration, crimp quality, solder joints, torque, routing, and mechanical integrity. Follow drawings, specifications, travelers, checklists, and visual aids to verify product conformance. Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and validate new builds or engineering updates. Documentation & Communication Complete inspection reports, FAIRs, and non-conformance records (NCRs) accurately and on time. Ensure productsply with

Class II or III requirements. Communicate findings clearly to production, engineering, and QA teams. Tools & Equipment You'll Use Micrometers, calipers, pin gages, magnifiers, torque tools Continuity testers, multimeters, pull-tester devices, inspection microscopes Cirrus brand testing equipment Quality & Compliance Ensurepliance with
IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001
(when applicable), andpany-specific standards. Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for recurring quality issues. Team Collaboration Partner with production and engineering to clarify documentation or resolve build concerns. Provide guidance and feedback to assemblers on quality best practices. Support internal audits and customer source inspections as needed. What You Need (Required Qualifications) 3-5+ years of quality inspection experience in cable and wire harness manufacturing. Current
IPC/WHMA-A-620
Certified Specialist (CS) certification. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly drawings. Strong knowledge of cable types, connectors, terminations, and industry-specific build methods. Proficiency with inspection tools and cable assembly test methods. Preferred Qualifications
J-STD-001
Certification (especially for soldered assemblies). Experience working with AS9100 or
ISO 9001
quality management systems. Background in aerospace, military, or medical device harness manufacturing. Familiarity with ERP/QA systems, electronic travelers, or digital work instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during detailed inspections. Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses). Ability to lift or maneuver items up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
Pay Details:
