$90,000 to $100,000 Overview Insight Global is seeking a Quality & Inventory Manager to support a new e-commerce warehouse operation in Commercial Point, OH. This individual will lead inventory control and quality processes to ensure high levels of stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a 3PL environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all inventory control and quality assurance activities within the warehouse Manage cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, stock reconciliation, and system accuracy Optimize replenishment strategies to support efficient outbound fulfillment operations Lead and develop inventory/stock control team members; provide day-to-day supervision Act as the escalation point for inventory-related issues and drive root cause resolution Partner cross-functionally with inbound, outbound, replenishment, and customer service teams to meet SLAs Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy, integrity, and availability Required Qualifications 8+ years of inventory and quality experience within a warehouse environment 3+ years of leadership experience managing inventory teams Strong experience in 3PL or customer fulfillment operations Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Footprint WMS (or similar platforms)
