Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading and maintaining the Quality Management System for premium products Managing external quality certifications and compliance requirements Overseeing internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Reviewing and approving certified test reports Driving customer-focused quality standards throughout the organization Managing and mentoring Quality Assurance personnel Partnering cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to strengthen quality systems and processes Serving as Management Representative for the Premium Products QMS, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and integrity Reporting QMS performance metrics and recommendations to executive leadership Supporting a culture centered around safety, accountability, and operational excellence Traveling domestically and internationally as needed What We're Looking For We're searching for a quality professional who combines technical expertise with leadership presence and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Metallurgy, or related technical discipline Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC leadership experience within metals manufacturing Strong experience with premium remelted products including VAR and/or ESR processes preferred Deep understanding of quality systems, audits, certifications, and corrective action processes Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead teams while building strong working relationships across departments Strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset Willingness to travel as required
