Job Summary:

Lead, coach, and develop the quality team Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes Manage and maintain IATF 16949 and

ISO 9001

compliance Oversee

PPAP/ISIR

submissions, NCRs, corrective actions (8D), and internal audits Manage SPC, gauge calibration programs, and cost of quality metrics Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers Participate in APQP, quote reviews, and cross-functional initiatives Maintain quality systems, documentation, and procedures Travel as needed Requirements Automotive manufacturing experience (REQUIRED) Strong knowledge of

IATF 16949, ISO
