environment. Perform and supervise physical inspections, monitoring products from incoming materials to final inspection before shipping. Organize and control quality documents, including the Quality Manual, Standard Procedures, and Formal Work Instructions. Collaborate with the QMS management representative to organize data for quarterly executive board meetings, focusing on internal audits and quality discrepancies. Work with various departments to maintain and improve product quality and overall work product. Provide data and expertise on current quality levels and strategies for improvement. Essential Skills Experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in quality systems and documentation, including spreadsheets, testing, FAI, and sample collection. Knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methods, with a preference for Black Belt certification. Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with metal, electronics, and fiber optics is strongly preferred. Proficient in the use of lab equipment and dimensional tools such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and CMM machines. Strong understanding of process improvement using statistical techniques. Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints and specifications. Experience with

ISO 9001

2015 and AS9100 certifications is a plus. Proficient in Failure Mode Effects Analysis and Root Cause Analysis. 3-5+ years of experience in a QA discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a job shop environment.
