Job Description
Winpak Control Group Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join our Quality Department based out of Norwood, New Jersey. In this role, the Quality Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and executing the organization's quality standards and systems. This role provides leadership in quality compliance, audit management, and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to cGMP, SQF, regulatory, customer, and internal requirements across the site. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage internal, external, and customer audits, including cGMP and for-cause inspections; plan, execute, report, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Oversee quality systems, documentation, and SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations. Review and analyze cGMP quality metrics, process validations, and control data; identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Lead investigations related to nonconforming product, customer complaints, OOS results, and CAPA, ensuring thorough, timely, and compliant resolution. Provide expert guidance, training, and interpretation of regulations, quality standards, and internal policies across the organization. Manage quality training programs, document control systems, and company-wide compliance initiatives. Promote a strong culture of quality, product safety, and workplace safety in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support additional quality initiatives and cross-functional projects as required. Required Qualifications Ability to perform and complete duties within defined timelines and quality standards. Working knowledge of quality tools, gauges, test equipment, and software applications (MS Office; training provided as required). Ability to distinguish colors accurately. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Quality Management Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) Operations Management Chemistry or related scientific field (food/pharmaceutical environments) Preferred Qualifications 6 + years of progressive experience in quality roles. 3 + years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within the printing, food, or regulated manufacturing industry. Professional certifications, including: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)

Lead Auditor SQF Practitioner Additional Details This position is for Day. This role is 100% onsite. Work environment includes approximately 20% office and 80% production floor. Production floor conditions may include noise, heights, temperature changes, and working around equipment Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. The compensation range provided is a general guideline only. The pay range is $92k- $105k. Pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience and expertise and is subject to vary. Why Winpak?
