Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑driven Quality Systems Specialist to support and strengthen our ISO9001 Quality Management System. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, analyzing data, collaborating across departments, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met and documented. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring that our quality processes remain disciplined, efficient, and audit‑ready. Coordinate and support personnel to ensure efficient production of quality products while maintaining ISO9001 traceability requirements. Develop, improve, and implement quality processes and documentation within the QMS. Analyze quality and process data; monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Administer data collection and prepare technical reports and presentations for management and customers. Maintain the calibration database, schedule re‑calibrations, and identify required maintenance or replacements. Prepare reports and documentation for Management Review meetings. Lead and follow up on Corrective Actions from production, audits, customer feedback, and supplier non‑conformances. Support continuous improvement initiatives across all departments. Develop and maintain Risk Assessments for all processes within the QMS. Participate as a member of the ISO Internal Audit Team. Proven experience in quality systems management within a manufacturing environment; familiarity with ISO 9001, is essential. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data collected from various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, CMMs, and vision inspection systems. Hands-on experience conducting quality audits and inspections; ability to identify non-conformances swiftly and accurately. Proficiency with calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train teams on quality standards and procedures effectively. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to uphold rigorous quality control standards while fostering continuous improvement initiatives. •
