In this role, you will act as a key gatekeeper of excellence, performing critical inspections and testing to ensure every product meets the highest standards of precision, performance, and reliability before leaving our facility. Inspect & Test:
Perform routine visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.Defect Detection:
Identify product non-conformities and process anomalies utilizing precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. ...Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inspection data, log non-conformances, and generate baseline quality reports.Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with production teams during root-cause analysis to help execute corrective and preventative actions.Tool Maintenance:
Ensure inspection instruments are calibrated, functional, and properly maintained.Working hours:
5:30 AM - 2:00PM Skills:
Formal technical training or a certificate in Quality Control / Quality Assurance. Basic familiarity with ISO standards or Six Sigma manufacturing frameworks. Previous experience operating cross-functionally alongside production and engineering teams.Education:

Exceptional attention to detail, basic analytical problem-solving, and clear oral/written communication skills.Physical Demands:
Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, stand/walk for extended shifts, and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
