Job Description

Salary:
$23 - 29 per hour +

Quality Technician Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and reduce defects.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
$23.00 - $29.00 per hour + attendance bonus up to $800/month
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications Conduct quality testing, document results, and report nonconformances Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer quality issues Assist with internal audits of production processes and systems Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality concerns Maintain accurate quality records and documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures Program and set up CMM equipment Follow all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards and company policies Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years of blueprint reading experience 2+ years of experience using metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems Strong communication skills across multiple departments
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2+ years of CMM programming and setup experience Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes Background in machining or metal manufacturing environments #LP
