Quality Technician

We're looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Technician to support inspections, audits, and product quality in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, documentation, and hands‑on quality work. Key Responsibilities Perform quality checks and inspections Approve and release products through quality status steps Support DR, CAR/PAR, and RFC processes Assist with internal, ISO, and customer audits Inspect incoming and customer‑supplied product Support calibration of tools and equipment Maintain a clean, safe work area Assist other departments as needed Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience 6-12 months of related experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read and follow technical instructions Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems Knowledge of ISO standards , SPC, and quality measurement tools Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments Why You'll Succeed You're self‑motivated, detail‑driven, and comfortable applying analytical thinking to real production challenges.
