Quality Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in Monette, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report any defects or non-conformities in a timely manner. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
