Job Description

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. Quality Technician Orangeburg, NY, United States | req28746 What you will enjoy doing• In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality requirements to ensure product compliance You will coordinate and manage calibration and metrology activities to maintain accuracy and reliability of manufacturing equipment Support End‑of‑Life (EOL) assessments and failure analysis of materials and finished products to identify root causes and drive corrective actions Create, maintain, and update quality documentation to support compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standard Enter, update, and maintain accurate quality and compliance information within electronic documentation systems, including ERP systems, questionnaires, and data tables You will support internal audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives What makes you great You will possess a bachelor's degree in Quality, Physics, Engineering, Manufacturing or Materials Science Basic understanding of metrology, measurement tools, and calibration concepts Prior experience with material and product quality control Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and semiconductor customer specifications preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail to review documentation and record accuracy You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization Why you will love working with us Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
