Quality Technician II Direct Kaman Composites, Vermont, Inc United States, Vermont, Bennington May 07, 2026 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician II to join our team in Bennington, VT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of quality that our products are known for. If you have a passion for ensuring excellence and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report inspection results, identifying any non-conformities and working with the team to implement corrective actions. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and protocols. Collaborate with production teams to provide guidance on quality standards and best practices. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to enhance product quality. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality regulations. Support training initiatives for new team members on quality assurance processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
