Job Description

Position Summary Detail-oriented QA Technician with experience supporting quality systems in a warehouse and distribution environment. Responsible for inspecting inbound and outbound materials, verifying product condition, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Skilled in identifying nonconformances such as damage, labelling defects, or handling issues, and coordinating corrective actions with operations teams. Supports documentation for standards, rework instructions and audits results, SOP creation and revision, inventory audits, manage product on hold in SAP, conduct GMP audits and continuous improvement initiatives to protect product integrity and ensure readiness for shipment. Role & Responsibilities Perform inbound and outbound inspections to verify product condition, labelling accuracy, and packaging integrity. Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials, including damage, scuffing, labelling defects, or handling issues. Place product on quality hold when required and coordinate disposition decisions with Quality and Operations. Support warehouse inventory audits to ensure product compliance and traceability. Verify compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and customer-specific quality requirements. Conduct routine warehouse quality checks, including pallet condition, stacking, and storage practices. Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and audit documentation. Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action tracking related to warehouse quality issues. Partner with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to prevent recurring quality defects. Support rework, relabelling, or repack activities as approved by Quality. Monitor handling practices to prevent product damage during storage, picking, and shipping. Prepare products for shipment by confirming final quality status and release authorization. Support internal audits, customer audits, and quality-related inspections. Promote quality awareness on the warehouse floor through communication and daily interactions. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing damage, rework, and customer complaints. Key Competencies Analytical

Knowledge and Experience High school degree, desirable Bachelor's degree (BA or BS.) from four-year college or university in Science or Electrical Technology. Ability to read and interpret documents such as quality standards, specifications, procedures. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as defective ratio, defects counts, sample size, batch size. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP software. Must have strong communication skills and initiative. Demonstrated ability to actively work toward the achievement of team and individual goals. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Strong skills to contribute for the continuous improvement of the organization.
