Quick Lane Technician

Tasca Ford, Dickson City is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quick Lane Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive maintenance and customer satisfaction. As a Quick Lane Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, ensuring customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and fluid checks. Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary service and repairs. Check and maintain proper tire pressure, inspect tread depth, and rotate tires as needed. Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as required. Ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and any recommended repairs. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a positive service experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Automotive maintenance experience preferred but not required - we provide training! Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
