Job Description

J. Allen Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused QuickLane Service Advisor to join our growing service team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers, and enjoys working closely with both technicians and team members to deliver an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and assisting service customers Recommending maintenance and repair services Writing and managing repair orders Following up with customers throughout the service process Assisting with customer satisfaction and retention Helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow Supporting team training and development Participating in advisor and service meetings Ensuring the service drive/front area is secured at closing
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team mentality Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ford or QuickLane experience is a plus
