Iron Station, NC (On-site) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quoter / Estimator to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes, reviewing project specifications, and supporting both sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotes based on project requirements, drawings, and specifications Review incoming quote requests and gather all necessary information to complete estimates Collaborate with internal teams to clarify details and ensure pricing accuracy Analyze materials, labor, and data to develop competitive pricing Maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and project documentation Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and workflows Utilize computer-based tools, including AI-supported applications, to streamline estimating tasks Qualifications Local candidates strongly preferred Strong mathematical and analytical skills Clear, professional verbal and written communication abilities Prior estimating or quoting experience highly preferred Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software and AI tools Degree preferred (business, engineering, construction, or related field) Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines About You You enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and ensuring accuracy in every detail.
