Responsibilities for Collections Representative include but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and meet performance targets for calls, contacts, and paymentmitments.
• customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve past-due balances.
• Identify causes of delinquency and determine appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document all collection activities and maintain account records.
• Communicate account status with internal stakeholders and escalate high-risk cases.
• Perform account maintenance, process payments, and ensure required notices are sent.
• Utilize tools such as credit reports and skip tracing to support collection efforts.
• Candidates for Collections Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
• Effective time management andanizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Pay Details:
