Job Description

Join a rapidly growing infrastructure and data center solutions company that specializes in enterprise deployments, cloud connectivity, and mission-critical environments. We are seeking a Hands-On Rack & Stack Engineer to support large-scale hardware installations, cabling, server deployments, and infrastructure modernization initiatives across cutting-edge data center environments. This is a full-time opportunity based in King of Prussia, PA. You will be working with technologies including Red Hat Linux, Windows Server environments, Cisco networking equipment, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage systems. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of hands-on rack and stack or data center experience Experience installing servers, switches, firewalls, and storage hardware Knowledge of structured cabling, patch panels, and cable management Experience with Red Hat Linux and Windows Server administration Familiarity with enterprise hardware vendors such as Dell, Cisco, HP, or Lenovo Ability to troubleshoot hardware connectivity and deployment issues Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to lift and move equipment within data center environments Desired Skills & Experience Experience working in colocation or enterprise data center environments Knowledge of VMware or virtualization technologies Basic networking knowledge including VLANs, IP addressing, and switch configuration Experience with remote hands support and infrastructure migrations Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, RHCSA, or CCNA Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 50% Red Hat Linux 30% Windows Server 2019/2022 20% Networking & Infrastructure Hardware Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands On 10% Management Duties 20% Team Collaboration The Offer Bonus eligible You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Stock Options Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
