Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in Radiation Therapy Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy Valid Arizona State CTT Radiation Therapist license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Previous experience with Varian 21iX Linac Accelerator and Pinnacle treatment planning software preferred Proficiency using Mosaiq and Allscripts electronic medical record systems

Key Responsibilities:

Administer accurate, high-quality radiation treatments as ordered by radiation oncologists Verify and execute treatment plans utilizing advanced treatment planning software and linear accelerator equipment Rigorously follow safety protocols to protect patients, coworkers, and self Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and proper alignment Maintain thorough and accurate electronic documentation of all procedures within Mosaiq and Allscripts Participate in ongoing quality assurance and other departmental improvement initiatives
