Qualifications & Experience:

Active ARRT certification as a Radiation Therapist is required Current Arizona State CTT Radiation Therapist certification must be held Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required Proficiency with Varian 21iX Lin Acc and Pinnacle treatment planning software Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, specifically Mosaiq and Allscripts Prior experience in a clinical radiation therapy setting is strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately according to physician orders and established protocols Operate advanced medical equipment, including Varian 21iX Lin Acc, ensuring patient safety and optimal treatment efficacy Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and medical dosimetrists for precise treatment planning Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using Mosaiq and Allscripts EMR systems Provide compassionate care, ensuring patient comfort and addressing any concerns throughout the treatment process Adhere strictly to safety procedures, quality standards, and facility policies This role is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to excellence in cancer treatment using advanced technology.
