Thursday and Friday 7am - 3:30pm Schedule & Incentives $10,000 sign-on bonus Part-time position Comprehensive benefits program including PTO, mental health support, wellness rooms, concierge services, and more Access to Wellstar's CareerCare program with fully funded education and guided career progression Job Summary Radiology Technologists at Wellstar are respected clinical professionals and essential members of a collaborative care team This role supports employee well-being, career growth, and professional voice within a supportive environment Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Experience Experience preferred, not required Entry level position Certifications ARRT-R (Radiography) BLS (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association Core Responsibilities Operate imaging equipment safely while maintaining diagnostic quality using ALARA principles Clean, disinfect, and maintain rooms and equipment per infection control standards Verify orders, obtain clinical history, and confirm two patient identifiers prior to exams Explain procedures using AIDET to reduce patient anxiety Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and age-appropriate care Perform exams and administer contrast using proper venipuncture and sterile technique Position patients correctly; apply markers, shielding, and immobilization as indicated Review images for diagnostic quality; repeat or correct as needed Complete accurate documentation and finalize studies in
